TRT FAQ: Why Did I Receive Medications in Separate Packages or on Different Days?

If your treatment arrives in multiple shipments—don’t worry, that’s completely normal.
Here’s why it happens:
Multiple pharmacies may fulfill different parts of your prescription. For example, one pharmacy might handle your testosterone, while another sends your syringes or ancillary medications like HCG or anastrozole.
Compounded medications can take longer to prepare. Some prescriptions are made-to-order, which means they ship later than prepackaged items.
Shipping methods can vary. One pharmacy might use UPS 2-day air, while another sends via USPS ground.

We coordinate everything on our end, but since each pharmacy runs its own shipping system, you might receive packages on different days—even for the same order.
What to do:
If you’ve received part of your treatment but are waiting on the rest, give it 1–3 business days. If anything is still missing after that, your liaison can help track it down.
Bottom line:
Split shipments are common. Your full protocol is on the way—even if it arrives in pieces.
